Why we publish these

UK commercial mortgage pricing varies more by sector and by underwriting story than borrowers usually expect. Two buildings on the same street at the same price can attract materially different LTVs and interest rates depending on whether the ground floor use is industrial, retail or hospitality, and whether the tenant covenant is strong or weak. Most public comparison sites do not reflect this granular reality. These dossiers aim to fill that gap with sector specific numbers and underwriting commentary.
